The Support plan is perfect for companies who previously had our Enterprise plan but no longer require such extensive services, or for those who simply need reliable Pimcore support and software updates.
Support-plan includes

- Version updates : Stay up-to-date with the latest features and improvements, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Server care : Leave the technical maintenance to us. We'll handle server monitoring and upkeep so you can focus on your core business.
You own the software
Your control and ownership of your Pimcore system and its data remain unchanged, regardless of any additional services you choose to utilize. This service is only an add-on to your Pimcore system.
The price
VaHa Digital’s Support plan service €500/month and start-up fee €999.
The initial fee includes delivery of the complete Pimcore software.
Any taxes will be added to the price. The contract period is 12 months. Invoicing in 3-month periods in advance.
