First you need the software. Then you subscribe to this Support-plan.
Support service €500/month and start-up fee €999
The Support service is a monthly paid service that covers all support related to use and configuration related to Pimcore. This is suitable for companies that want effective product information management and a support service that helps the entire staff in all their needs. The initial fee includes delivery of the complete Pimcore software.
The price
The price of the Support-plan is 500€ / month. Any taxes will be added to the price. The contract period is 12 months. Invoicing in 3-month periods in advance.
